Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Shann Eliza Photo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our photography services. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Shann Eliza Photo offers a range of photography services including but not limited to portrait, event, and commercial photography. The specifics of each service, including pricing and deliverables, will be outlined in the individual service agreements.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: To confirm a booking, a non-refundable retainer is required. The balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 Payment: Payments can be made via Venmo, @thealabasterlens. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations: If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the scheduled session, 50% of the balance is non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 30 days' notice may be subject to a partial refund.
4.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Deliverables

5.1 Proofs: Proofs will be provided for review within [X] days of the session. Final edited images will be delivered within [X] days of your selection.
5.2 Delivery Format: Final images will be delivered in [digital/print] format as agreed upon. Additional prints or products may be purchased separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Cooperation: Clients agree to cooperate with the photographer and provide necessary permissions and releases for location, property, and subject matter.
6.2 Image Use: Clients must inform Shann Eliza Photo of any specific image use restrictions. Unauthorized use of images may be subject to legal action.

7. Copyright and Usage

7.1 Ownership: Shann Eliza Photo retains copyright to all images. Clients are granted a license to use images for personal use as specified in the service agreement.
7.2 Commercial Use: Any commercial use of images requires written permission from Shann Eliza Photo and may incur additional fees.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability: Shann Eliza Photo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Shann Eliza Photo is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NH, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NH, USA
